Hace casi 8 meses empecé a padecer anciedad, empezo muy leve con moscas volantes, despues entraron los ataque de pánico, y ahora experimento todo estos síntomas. Fui a oftamologos y no me dieron soluciones. Pero recien vi que bajando el nivel de estres y ansiedad puedes calmar algo tus síntomas, vere que sucede apartir de ahora.
