@bellas_vegan_adventures: No-bake carrot cake bites/bliss balls 🥕 These are sooooo good and such an easy healthy recipe! I came across this recipe from @Julia and had to try it 😍 Ingredients: - 1 cup rolled oats - 1/2 cup walnuts - 12 Medjool dates - 1/2 cup grated carrots - 1 tsp vanilla - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 Tbsp maple syrup - Shredded coconut 1. Remove pits from dates and soak them in warm water for 5 minutes. 2. Drain the water and place dates in a food processor or powerful blender along with the rest of the ingredients (without the coconut) until it becomes a dough. 3. Form into tablespoon sized balls. 4. Add shredded coconut to a place and roll the balls in the shredded coocnut. 5. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes so they become firm. 6.
