@eddieabbew: Raw milk comes with enzymes and bacteria to help with digestion. They pasteurise it by heating it up to high temperatures to kill the bacteria and destroy the enzymes, to give us the milk we get at the shops. Yoghurt is supposed to be pasteurised milk with bacteria added. The bacteria eats the sugar and turns it into lactic acid thus making the yogurt sour.
