They did a recall a little over a year ago, and I still haven't received my replacement. i just bought a ninja version. sooooo much better

I have a blendjet and never have I tried to crush large chunks of ice. But for fruit smoothies with frozen fruit it has worked great for a while now

They had a recall, I filled out forms in JANUARY and sent e-mails. I still haven’t received my replacement. 😞

Mine was recalled and it’s been 9 months and they still haven’t sent me a new one saying there’s issues with supply chain for their replacements

I use it with bullet ice cubes and frozen fruits have had it for a few yrs. and never ever had this issue

mine did this too. they sent a new one. ice with enough liquid, with it held at an angle works kinda okay.
