Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a 19-20 cm springform pan with parchment paper. 2.	Crush the ladyfinger biscuits into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter and milk, and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of the springform pan and press firmly. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven until the crust is golden brown. Remove and let it cool. 3.	For the filling, whisk together the quark, powdered sugar, and tangerine juice in a large bowl until smooth. 4.	Whip the heavy cream with whipped cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the quark mixture until well combined. 5.	Cut half of the drained tangerines into small pieces and gently fold them into the quark mixture along with the remaining halved tangerines. (Save some for decoration) 6.	Pour the quark mixture onto the cooled crust in the springform pan and smooth the top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until the cake is set. 7.
