The pen test doesn't work. There has been times it passed the pen test but not others. My job if it doesn't beep, we don't accept it.

One more future the blue strip. The 2 white lines in it you can put a tooth pick in between the blue strip and the white lines.

Another way to check is take a toothpick and put underneath the blue strip from the top to bottom. If it goes thru the slit that is there it is real

Slide a toothpick under the paper bands that cross the blue strip. You can’t see the toothpick from the other side.

The collar says United States of America clearly & moving the bill up down the strip goes side 2 side. Move it side 2 side strip goes left right 😁
