that's the samee thing that happened to me because I use to work at a nursing home and my grandpa was living in there while I was working there and he fell on the ground and it took the nurses hours to help him and I didn't know about this until hours latter and he ended up in the ER but he came back to the nursing home and then a week later he passed in there and then the schedule worker she said I'm fired because I felt like I couldn't walk into a place that I just walked out of after my grandpa passing in there and I just needed a couple days to feel better but she fired me and a month later she said "yep your definitely fired now" so just because my grandpa passed in there they fired me
