@jennaliveswell: If it’s not obvious by now, I love peanut butter… which means I pretty much always have a little peanut butter snack / treat ready to go in my fridge like these PB PUFF CUPS (recipe below ↓) what you’ll need: ⚬ 3 cups puffed quinoa ⚬ 1 ½ cups natural drizzly peanut butter (not sure if pb is a superfood lol) ⚬ pinch of salt (only if your pb is unsalted) ⚬ 1 tbsp vanilla extract (yes tbsp) ⚬ 1/4 cup honey ⚬ 1/2 cup dark chocolate for melting ⚬ 1 tbsp. coconut oil ⚬ flakey sea salt to top to-do’s: ⚬ add peanut butter, quinoa puffs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup (or honey), and salt to a large bowl and mix until combined ⚬ evenly distribute mixture into a 12 cup muffin pan (silicon ones make it easy to pop them out, but if not maybe add parchment) and press down ⚬ In a small bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil and melt in microwave ⚬ drizzle over top each of the quinoa cups and add flaky sea salt along ⚬ place in the fridge for 20 or so minutes ⚬ enjoy!! #peanutbutter #puffedquinoa #protein #healthysnack #nobake #dessert #chocolate #peanutbutterandchocolate
