@baileyhaslam__: I hear a lot “I’m eating super healthy & still can’t lose weight” And look the fact you are eating healthy is amazing & that should always be a priority, eating as much wholefoods as we can 👌🏼 However you can still over consume calories whilst eating “healthy” Calories matter when it comes to weight loss, you have to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. More times then not if you aren’t losing weight … you aren’t in a true calorie deficit. Both meals have different portion sizes but we also made a big food swap! Chicken thighs vs chicken breast! This makes a big difference on your calories. Meal 1 600 calories- 48g protein- fat 8.5g - carbs 74.5g 👉🏻150g chicken breast 198cals 👉🏻150g jasmine rice 219cals 👉🏻40ml Teriyaki sauce 67cals 👉🏻100g Broccolini 61cals 👉🏻100g carrots 36cals 👉🏻50g Roasted peppers 19cals Meal 2- 1,005 calories- 76.5g protein- 25.4g fat- 110.1g carbs 👉🏻220g chicken thigh 440cals 👉🏻250g jasmine rice 366cals 👉🏻50ml teriyaki 83cals 👉🏻100g broccolini 61cals 👉🏻100g carrots 36cals 👉🏻50g Roasted peppers 19cals #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #weightlosstiktok #weightlosstip #caloires #macronutrients #countingcalories #nutritiontips #nutritionfacts #Recipe #chickenrecipe #highprotein #highproteinmeals

my pasta packaging doesn't specify whether the calories are raw or cooked so according to the package 70 grams are 247 calories, even when cooked (1)

Stretch you calories by focusing on volume eating. Eat more with less c. Make the food u love with less c. Eat sweets but a few and cut up.
