@thisisplanetfood: Cheesecake Spring Rolls 🍓 🍓 Cut some filo pastry in 2 halves lengthways 🧀 Brush one half of the sheet with oil, then lay the other half of the sheet on top 🍓 At the bottom of the pastry, in an oblong shape, pipe on some cheesecake filling (made by whisking together 300g cream cheese and 100g granulated sugar, then gradually whisking in 2 eggs, then finally whisking in 120ml double cream and 1 tbsp vanilla extract) 🧀 Add a spoonful of your favourite jam - we used @hartleysireland strawberry! 🍓 Fold in the sides and roll up - add a little more oil at the end to hep seal! 🧀 Airfry for 5 mins at 190C - until your filo is golden and crispy 🍓 Allow to cool slightly before serving, and dust over some icing sugar! #cheesecakespringroll #sweetspringroll #cheesecake #strawberrycheesecake #springrolls #airfryerbaking #airfryerdessert #airfryertreats #airfryerhack
