I love that White Elephant serves a combination of traditional and unique dishes — so I can get Fried Bulgogi Dumplings in the same place I can get some Pad Thai — and everything was just as delicious as it was gorgeous. My favorites were the perfectly spicy Truffle Ong Potato Confit, the insanely crispy Coconut Milk Fried chicken, the gorgeous Mango Blue Sticky Rice, and the elevated classic Sweet Cream Thai Tea.
