5mm personally and I build in situ on the frame instead of doing on floor , might be because I mainly do domestic and no room for doing on floor

Don’t you just add 15-20 mm onto the door sizes and bill cut them? So much quicker than measuring each one. Each to their own tho mate👍🏼
