@jakewidmann: 🥩 🥔 🧀 BRISKET STUFFED TWICE BAKED POTATOES 😍 Just as good as I thought they’d be. Feel free to tweak them as you want. I could see some delicious BBQ sauce being really good on here too, but either way, they were awesome! Let’s get to it! INGREDIENTS: 4 large potatoes 3-4 pounds of brisket Mustard SEASONING: I’m using Gryffon Ridge Spice Merchants organic north woods meat rub, but feel free to use your favorite kind, or just some salt, black pepper, garlic powder, or any other favorite seasonings will work well too. It’s joy an exact science folks. 😁 MASHED POTATO: 1/3 cup milk 3 tbsp butter 1/4 cup sour cream Chives Salt and pepper to taste TOPPINGS: Cheddar cheese Flaky salt Parsley DIRECTIONS: 1.) Lay your brisket on a large piece of foil and rub a generous amount of mustard over the entire thing. Coat generously with seasoning and gently massage into meat. 2.) Wrap brisket in foil so it’s sealed well, then place into the oven at 250° until the internal temp reaches about 185°—about 2 hours. 3.) Bake potatoes however you choose…in the microwave, in the oven, air fryer, etc. Cut in half and scoop out most of the center into a large bowl. 4.) In that bowl, add your milk, butter, sour cream, chives, salt and pepper. Mash to desired consistency. 5.) Place a large scoop of the potatoes back into the potato shells. Top with a handful of brisket and cheese. Bake in oven at 300° until warmed through and cheese is melted…about ten minutes. 6.) Top with flaky salt, parsley, sour cream, or whatever your heart desires. 7.) Dig in and enjoy! 8.)
