@dr_kyleross: 🤯Exercises to Alleviate Shoulder Blade Tightness: 👉🏻Wall Angels: 🕊️ Stand against a wall, raise your arms to shoulder level, and slide them up and down like wings. 👉🏽Cat-Cow Stretch: 🐱🐄 Start on all fours, arch your back upwards (cat), then drop your belly while lifting your head (cow). 👉🏾Shoulder Blade Squeezes: 💪 Sit or stand, squeeze your shoulder blades together, hold, and release. 👉🏿Child’s Pose: 🧘♂️ Kneel on the floor, sit back on your heels, and stretch your arms forward while lowering your chest towards the ground. 👉Doorway Stretch: 🚪 Stand in a doorway, place your forearms on the frame at shoulder height, and lean forward to stretch your chest.
