OMG this happened to my son too. We had just gotten back from Mexico too when he noticed it on his finger. Hasn’t gone away after a month so he has an upcoming appointment next week.

I just got one too, it appeared randomly at noon, currently I'm on a summer trip and get lot of sun exposure. Hope it goes away.
