Had something similar. Fitted a shock arrester and pressure reducing valve and did the trick.

I think it’s water hammer, poor pipe clipping around the house and the column separating is banging the pipes and fittings

similar job, strangly enough, similar taps. turned out to be loose valves in the taps causing vibration throughout the house.

just make sure your out side tap is off I. a plumber 25 years trust me I had the same thing took me months to finger out 😁

works the same if you have an electric shower!! if it gets hot and cold randomly and you live on a busy street, could be pressure fluctuations!
