Oh got I had shingles it’s so sore. Got the tablets course and doctor gave me capsicum cream it worked great and helped pain try it. Feel better soon

I had shingles even though I hadnt ever knowingly had chicken pox! the Dr said I must have just had it so mildly I didnt know

I had it on my face, head and ear. The pain is indescribable. Wear clothes that are tight rather than loose as anythjng that rubs will irritate it x
