@blackfoodiefinder: Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon 🤎😋 (via @justbeingtrista on Insta) Recipe ⬇️ - Preheat oven to 375°. - Clean your salmon fillet (mine was 2 lbs) and scrape the scales off the skin side. Pat dry. - Oil salmon with olive or avocado oil. - Season with cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, all purpose seasoning, and lemon pepper seasoning. Rub in. - Add as much or as little brown sugar you’d like. I used about a half cup. Rub in. - Optional: Garnish salmon with lemon wedges and parsley. - Use a large piece(s) of aluminum foil (enough to fold over salmon) and line baking sheet. Grease the flat aluminum foil and place prepped salmon on top. Fold the sides of the aluminum foil up and over the top of the salmon until it is completely enclosed. If your piece of foil is not large enough, place a second piece on top and fold the edges under so that it forms a sealed packet. Leave a little room inside the foil for air to circulate. - Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes.
