I live in a trailer too!!! We payed 27,000 for the whole thing & I only pay $390 for lot rent, which includes water, sewer, trash & electric!!!

Tbf you can’t do this in cold places. My bf is from nd and I stayed w him in his moms trailer and the front half was ripping off and there were cracks
