We have an inspector who tells us this is a code violation because the jacket isn’t half inch inside the enclosure to identify the cable. I say BS

I never turn the main breaker off in a panel unless absolutely necessary. The spring inside can break and ruin your day.

Why not use direct burial? The insulation is tougher and better than All the stripping of the jacket. Also props to tightening all the neutrals🤘🏼
