The worst images were the bodies in water, on the roads, sitting in chairs, in or even wrapped in sheets by their loved one and left to be picked up later. I’ll never unsee it.

I remember vividly my uncle saying that he had alligators floating past him in his living room and all he could do was just lay there. Like it was insane the stories when he finally got a call out.
