How to make high collagen chicken bone broth 🍜 For over a year I have been drinking bone broth for better digestion, skin and hair health. I usually drink beef bone broth, but like to mix it up and drink chicken as well. Because chicken bones have less collagen, I like to add in a few scoops of @Isopure collagen for added nutrients! Here is how I make it. #ad Ingredients: 1. 4 lbs chicken backs or bones 2. Salt 3. 1 lb chicken feet 4. 1 onion, diced 5. 2 carrots, diced 6. 2 celery ribs, diced 7. 2 bay leaves 8. 4 sprigs thyme 9. 3 scoops Isopure unflavored collagen peptides Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 450*F. Lay the bones on a sheet tray, sprinkle with salt and roast for 1 hour, or until golden brown. 2.
