There are places like Disneyland, Hotel Majestic Lakefront, and many others operating near Phewa Lake. What’s confusing is that even newer constructions like California Garden were built after the 65-meter restriction rule was already in place. So how did these projects get approval despite such clear regulations? It raises serious questions about how the rules are being enforced. Also, the way some of these companies were registered and approved seems quite questionable, which makes the whole situation feel a bit suspicious.
