Listen love, kalau you deal dgn mana mana seller 1 dalam 1000 la akan tell you the risk or cons of their selling product. Now sebelum nak beli pape i akan belajar cons/risk dia dulu! 😂 SPC ke vinyl ke laminate flooring semua ada cons. I dah pernah pakai vinyl its really annoying over time gam dia akan terkeluar kat bucu & kalau kena matahari lagi la tak elok cause yknow heat+glue, the glue akan mencair. Thats what happened on my previous flooring la hehe. So in my case ni! The solution yg so far i can see is :- 1. Get vendor yg offer warranty paling lama! 2.Avoid to diy your flooring at any cost, jimat yes but think bout the long term bestie🥹 3.Make sure your based floor rata, (in my case jubin) its hard to tell actually masa memula masuk tu sbb its not that obvious but urgh wtv (get house inspector to do it la) 4. In my case area laluan dapur, im considering to change the kitchen floor to tiles but idk i hate tiles kaki i tkleh tahan ah sejuk🥹 5. My vendor is offering to change the whole kitchen floor but its a complicated process lets not talk bout it yet😂 6.Opt for spc yang 4mm & above. 7. Jgn ambil yang murahhh. Just dont. Flooring ni mmg kena invest sikit (byk) . Whats your flooring experience & solution?
