@lovevivv: First apple recipe of the season!!🍎 Ingredients: Loaf: - 1 cups white granulated sugar - 2 cups all-purpose flour - 1 tablespoons baking powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tbsp cinnamon - 1 egg - 1 cup milk - 1/3 cup butter, melted - 2 large apples, diced and grated Crumble topping: - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 4-6 tbsps of butter, slightly melted - 1/2 tsp of cinnamon Glaze: - 1/2 cup of powdered sugar - 1-2 tbsps of milk Directions: - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. - Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside. - Beat eggs, milk and oil in a separate bowl until just combined. - Gradually add dry mixture to wet until just moist. Fold in the grated apple. - Combine crumble topping with a fork until it’s crumbly. Don’t overmix. - Pour half of the mixture into the pan, then sprinkle a layer of the crumble topping. Repeat with the rest of the batter and crumble. - Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean.
