i only know my grandparents names cause my parents are divorced and remarried so I had 4 sets and had to use names so ppl knew who I was talking about

Yep. That's how we do it. Depending on age, everyone is either aunt/uncle, grandma/pa, cousin, niece/nephew, bro/sis 😄 No names.
