What’s the backside pressure lmao , every injection I’ve worked on we run a packer so you should never see pressure on the Annulus .

It’s just a dust cover. Hang with hold down pins, a packer and tubing weight. Nothing wrong with this setup.

Each 1 3/8 bolts will hold pull force of 138k lbs so ur good I do bop pressure control for a living

unless you have less than 1500 lbs of tubing hanging off that tree you technically won't have a problem. tell the well owner to pay for and require1/2

what is that 10" 1500# casing head? plenty of BOP bolts to hold it. I don't think they put them on to fail someday. I know I never did.
