Recipe 1 lb chicken 4-5 medium sized russet potatoes 1 tbsp olive oil Salt, pepper, and garlic powder 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning 1 chopped onion 1 TBSP minced garlic 3 heaping cups chopped broccoli 1 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce Steps Scrub, wash, and chop potatoes into smaller pieces. Add potatoes, a chopped onion, minced garlic, and 1 tbsp of olive oil to a crockpot. Season with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well everything together well. Cut the chicken into cubes. Top potatoes with the chopped chicken. Season the chicken with 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Add one jar of Alfredo sauce over the chicken and top with 3 heaping cups of broccoli. Cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
