I left PNC in 2021 because of their incompetence and moved my business checking accounts elsewhere.

a convenience check is a blank check printed by the bank in this case pnc. how do they not recognize their own convenience check!?!?!?!?

PNC was taking a service fee out of my savings account of 12$ a month bc I didn't have 5000$ in there. my account was all suppose to be standard. 😥

File a complaint with the banking commissioner and attorney general of your state. Things move quicker when government agencies are involved

attorney general and CFPB complaint immediately. I'd also send to the OCC. Have their regulators on notice

pnc bank did the same thing to me four years ago.I had criminal charges against me cause of this and after court hearing and fighting from a lawyer ~]

they charged me $2800 once for copies on my business account which I never requested. took 4 months to get refunded

I was with them for a short while at one point until they closed my account for w/e reason. Went back to my og bank and been there ever since.
