if ur doing 5 strokes and then a flip turn u need a more efficient stroke. i do 2.

I was taught that you were able to do one front stroke before the flip turn so personally that can mean 3 strokes

not for everyone its 5 strokes, they say its 5 meters to the wall, just saying so you dont hit yourself since he just tried to simplify it for newbies

That depends on your speed right, and length of your stroke.. You really have to investigate by yourself. Even with a turn it's much less

Count ur strokes it takes to touch the wall. Then do one less before u turn over do one freestyle stroke and flip turn

they are 5 meters not strokes. adults maybe 5 strokes. kids. 5 to 12 strokes.

My pool doesn’t have these. They have rafters, I’m supposed to count them but I always lose count and hit the wall 😂
