I work hotel breakfast and we do not use powdered eggs they are cage free eggs liquid eggs, comes in a carton

I worked in many restaurants and in hotels for years. I worked in places where we used already mixed beaten eggs but NEVER powder. Fresh eggs turn greens so its not susteinable when serving big amounts for guests.

this lady obviously has never served in the military. Powdered eggs are life. if it's good enough for the soldiers then it's good enough for a hotel.
