This is wild to me. In Denmark we take off 3 weeks in summer, a week at Easter, and another at Christmas. Literally, the whole country shuts down!

Na, I use ALL my PTO, I keep like 40 hours kicking around for a emergency, but that is it. I'm taking at least 3-4 weeks off, plus 1/2 days & holiday
