@quadmami: Last night was one of the hardest times that my cycle has ever hit me. It took me all morning to be able to gather myself so if you struggle with this, i feel you on a deep level🤍 Routine that helps me personally: @thehoneypotco pads and liners (they do have herbal essentials in them so they might cause an initial sensation down there but once it passes it helps cramps so much) @get_rael these heating pads have saved my life when I need to leave the house, they last a good 8-9 hours Raspberry leaf tea 🫖 alleviates pain Body oil massage for your uterus pooch area🥥☁️

10km in the bag 🏃🏽‍♀️🥇 Training for the Sanlam CT Marathon peace run taught me a lot about just showing up even on days when you have to drag yourself onto the road kicking and screaming. I know it sounds dramatic, but moving my body in this way was a dormant practice that felt so unfamiliar and was, frankly, unwelcomed 🤷🏽‍♀️ I wanted to rather sleep more, chill on the couch, watch youtube, scroll for a little bit longer.
