💥Das beste Schnitzel aus der Heißluft Fritteuse‼️ (Anzeige) So, ihr braucht: Schweine oder Schnitzel vom Kalb Eigelb Mehl Paniermehl Salz und Pfeffer Öl Spray, ich schwöre auf das Air Fryer Spray von @albaöl Zuerst kloppt ihr das Schnitzel dünn. Beide Seiten mit einer Prise Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Jetzt kommen wir zur Panierstraße. Erst packt ihr das Schnitzel in Mehl, dann in das Eigelb tauchen und anschließend im Paniermehl wälzen. Jetzt kommen wir zum wichtigsten Teil, sonst wir das nix. Das fertig panierte Schnitzel sprühen wir großzügig mit dem Air Fryer Spray ein, von beiden Seiten. Bei 200° wird jetzt auf Air Fry für 10 Minuten Heißluft frittiert.
