My 7 yr old is the same way. She also kicks,slaps , and bites me . I seriously don’t know what to do when she gets like this. 😩 I try my best.

my son had a meltdown today outside of a restaurant! so to calm him down hold his hand and like caress his back well my SIL said that I need to stop doing that because he knows what he's doing.🥺
