Yes, I cut out my snacks/bad crabs, and my LDL 123, to 111. But my TRI went up. I take three (fiber pills 3N1) daily and I go walking/cardio3-4x a week. It's easy, just stay focused and I think it's okay to have a cheat day, be careful 😊
