A younger version of me would have been devastated seeing my body from this angle. I know that for a long time, it would’ve sent me into shame, restriction, and self hatred. Years of intentional work later, not just in the gym, but internally - I can see this and feel okay. Neutral. Grounded. Present. I’m aware that this video might reach the wrong crowd. I know some people will zoom in, judge, label, and mock parts of my body. But I also know another woman might see this and exhale. Fitness doesn’t mould everyone into the same shape. Strength doesn’t cancel softness, pressure, or folds. Bodies under load change shape, that’s not failure, that’s function. If this helps even one woman realise she doesn’t need to look a certain way to be strong, capable, or worthy of taking up space - it’s worth posting🫶🏻
