Last Sunday I went for my weekly 4.5 miles walk to me 3.5 hours round trip, I was home by 17.30 next day woke up 9AM my whole body was sore especially my back & shoulders

You forgot to mention in the worsening of fatigue after activity, it is often also delayed. All symptoms get worse 24-72 hours after the activity…
