Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. In a large bowl, combine the sugars, oil, eggs, vanilla, milk, and pumpkin purée. 3. Mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove until a smooth batter forms. 4. For the crumble topping: whisk together the sugars, flour, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
