What law is it that the trooper has to identify themself and tell you why he pulled you over? Both of those will be on the ticket and the place to argue either one is in a courtroom not the roadside. His delivery sucked but the man is wearing an obvious law enforcement uniform and you wouldn’t have yielded to him if his vehicle wasn’t an obvious marked law enforcement vehicle. The more Joe Citizen prolongs the stop the more the safety of all involved is compromised. Shut up and fight the ticket in court. I love how he obstructs the process and feels he’s legally justified in doing so. Just keep adding charges until your window is busted, you go to jail instead of getting a ticket, and your car is towed. 🤡
