it’s really sleep teaming the parents not the baby🩵 we would do 3-5 minute check ins but he loved his privacy!

Try dreamfeeeding first! It will ease babies into the transition into sleep training. I started at 4 months and it was great!

I kicked my baby out at 5 weeks. Introduce naps in the room if you haven’t already! But i feed and rock until he’s deep enough asleep to transfer!

took my son to get used to sleeping in his crib we started out with naps and then went from there but i would recommend the ferber method instead
