@salt.and.piper__: Chicken Caesar Sandwich: • - ciabatta bread - Chicken cutlets - romaine lettuce - caesar dressing (homemade listed below) - parm - 4 tbsp softened butter - italian seasonings - s & p - optional: breadcrumbs to top Instructions: Mix together softened butter, italian seasonings, & s+P to make seasoned butter, then spread on both sides of bread. Add to oven, and broil for 1-2mins until crispy. Once toasted, add sliced chicken cutlets to bread, and spread additional caesar dressing to bread. top with tossed salad, and more parm. Molly Baz Caesar dressing recipe: - 2 egg yolks - 4 anchovies - 1tsp dijon mustard - garlic clove - lemon - 1/4 cup parm - s & p - 1/2 cup canola oil Instructions: add egg yolks, anchovies, grated garlic, zest of half a lemon, and juice of half a lemon to a container. Using an immersion blender, blend incredienents until combined.
