(In pR0file) 78+ recipes ✅ Macro breakdown ✅ Many recipes under 30 mins ✅ Ingredients: 16 oz boneless skinless chicken thigh Salt & Pepper, to taste Garlic powder, 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Brown sugar, 1 tsp Garlic Parmesan Sauce: 1 stick melted butter 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 cup parsley, chopped 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 2 tsp dried oregano 2 tsp chili flake (optional) Instructions 1. Cut chicken thighs into cubes, season them any way you’d like, then skewer them 2. Air fry skewers at 400°F for 14-15 mins or Bake at 425°F for 22-25 mins 3. In a separate bowl, make the garlic butter 4. Once skewers are done, lightly brush with a few tsp of the garlic butter mixture 5.
