That’s what happened to me. They did not tell me to wear ankle brace after I wore that damn boot for seven weeks and I sprained my ankle again.

Can’t leave my leg down or elevate my leg because when I set it down I can feel all the blood rushing down and it hurts so bad like many knives can’t get comfortable

I have 3 month PO. Trimalleolar fracture. Physical therapy,stend and every cream stuf for my swelling and stiffenes. Also use epsom salt in warm water. All of them every day and night. And it works. I never use cast or boot.

Refused casting and boot. 12 days out from a zone 3 , 5 rh metatarsal fracture. Have worn a tight compression sock and limited my weight baring, listen to my pain. Healing going great.

I have been in a boot for three weeks supposed to get it off today my foot is still swollen and hurting I sprung my whole foot walking down my schools stairs.

The way I’m seeing this. On week 2 of the boot for high ankle sprain. Crying in my bed because I can’t sleep or find a comfortable position. It aches so bad. I don’t see dr until 22nd. 😢

I recently just broke my right fibula and in a beginner cast and I'm walking on it. I don't have a choice. I suck at crutches. my back has been hurting and my left sciatic. and above my right knee.

In 2021 I split my talus in half requiring surgery. I my ankle was immobilized for 22 weekszzzz… I am in constant pain. I did 16 weeks PT. Fired the first one after 2 weeks of picking up marbles. Then researched a better PT.

I tore my Achilles tendon 17 years ago and they put me in a boot for 6 months. It was a partial tear no surgery. My gait is still off, I have piraformis syndrome now , hip and back problems
