Idk… There’s studies that show high glycemic, whey protein, cows milk, vitamin B6 & 12 can cause inflammation in the skin, but even that is still a little understudied. When I see people talking about avoid meats, whey, sugar, gluten, etc you’re basically telling your audience to drink water and eat air. This is not healthy advice being provided. Moderation is key.
