Just been diagnosed with Crohn’s and Celiac also have bile malabsorption. I had a right colectomy surgery with no bag. It’s awful!!!

Jeez. I’ve had IBS for years & I’ve never had one test !! I have fibromyalgia FP said that’s another symptom of fibro 🤷♀️but I had it before fibro
