On my jet you use the bolts that hold the barring in place. Use an Allen key and twist it should pivot on that bolt

Yeah the bearings should be eccentric so you turn it and it gets closer or further from the blade.

Typically the bearings are to support the back of the blade to keep it from pushing backwards. That set up is different than normal tho.

They should almost be touching. Not actually touching. Less than 1/16th inch

Loosen the thumb screw, and rotate bearing. I think it’s a cam bearing.

the set screw on the rollers are offset, so when you turn them they'll get closer

my jet bandsaw adjusts by an Allen screw on the front of the bearing. and you twist the bearing and it's on an offset lug so it should rotate tight

The adjustment is in the center of the bearing on mine. Clean with compressed air, you should see the hex adjustment

The bearings are concentric. As you turn them they will get closer or further from the blade. The rod is not dead center. It is slightly off center.

You spin them and they are on a cam to bring them closer. They should be nearly touching but not.

You can try to loosen side screw and then turn the back as the bearing maybe on an offset shaft.
