When my daughter was a newborn i did this and stayed awake until 2-3am because i knew she was gonna wake up. Idk why i thought it was a good idea.

Is she taking it just once/day? Try giving it to her super early in the day. Even at 2 am if she wakes up. I have been on it on and off for years.
