Keep going back over with iron and paper towels. Worse comes to worse, get a beautiful, throw blanket to just lay over the corner of the couch.

use an old towel to soak up the wax and it'll keep the couch from burning. (you'll have to throw the towel away)

this happened to me, i double layered the paper towels & i would move the iron around some. takes a few times but eventually it should soak up

blow dryer to melt the wax and the blot it up with paper towels. this happened to my carpet. it takes a sec but it does work. good luck 😄🤞🏼

You just need something wax can stick to instead, which is my parchment isn’t a great option.

do the paper towel with the parchment on top. That way the wax doesnt get to your iron & you can hold it for longer (soaking up more)

You need “wax” paper not parchment! Place the wax paper over the couch and iron it

I put a damp towel right on top of the wax when I got it on my carpet, put the iron on top of that, and it lifted right off. Hope this helps!!

That why you’re supposed to use an o Lu paper bag so you don’t put the fabric. Plus you can wipe off the excess wax from the paper

Steamer! I have a burn mark on my sofa from an iron then I switched to a steamer and it hasn’t burned! (Wax from wax warmers get spilt a lot)
