American psa, that's a tart pan! much more shallow than a pie dish. pie dishes are deep, with the sides slanted inwards. hard to find in ireland 😅

The canned pumpkin that’s most commonly used in the USA is actually winter squash because it tastes more “pumpkin-y” than actual pumpkin

if you're making your own pumpkin puree you should save the seeds, roasted pumpkin seeds are a great snack I like mine salted
